文章摘要：本文首先界定了中德两国开展“法治国家对话”的目的、内涵及其特征，然后从协调机构、对话形式等方面分析了中德两国进行“法治国家对话”的机制。在此基础上，本文重点探讨了“中德法治国家对话”对中德两国关系的促进作用，尤其详细地论述了“对话”在促进我国法治国家建设方面的作用。
Abstract:This article defines the purpose，content and characteristic of the“Sino-German Rule of Law Dialogue”and analyzes its mechanism from the perspectives of the coordinating body，the forms and others. On this basis，this article focuses on the role of the“Rule of Law Dialogue”in the promotion of the Sino-German relationship，particularly in the process of promoting the rule of law construction in China. 展开
