文章摘要：2019年，德国政党格局发生了巨大动荡。在2019年5月的欧洲议会选举以及此年度举行的四次州议会选举中，全民党流失大量选票，而绿党和右翼民粹主义者的支持率则在民调和选举中节节攀升。社民党在欧洲议会选举中惨败后，党主席纳勒斯辞职，几个月来该党长期忙于选举新领导。同样，基民盟也继续遭受选举新主席的困扰。自2019年年底以来，存在在2021年联邦议院选举后联盟党和绿党组建执政联盟的可能性，也存在由绿党、社民党和左翼党组成左翼联合政府的可能性。
