自新中国成立以来到2020年中国外来移民的发展变迁

Abstract:Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China，and especially since the reform and opening up，the scale of two-way international migration activities in China has become increasingly large. From the perspective of the destination countries of migration，the scale of foreign migrants to China has developed by leaps and bounds，forming more than a group that contained more than 700，000 people by 2018. China’s role in the immigration field has shifted，ranking among the top sending countries of immigrants，while at the same time becoming a country of destination. However，China is not yet a typical immigrant-receiving country，and there are still many problems and challenges in the management of immigrants. Therefore，this paper puts forward the following views：First，it is necessary to update the concept of foreign immigrants，to see foreign immigrants from a “level-headed” perspective and an objective，equal and rational view of；secondly，the “deficit” in the area of migration should be re-examined；thirdly，it should be re-examined and rethought from the perspective of the countries of destination of migrants when it comes to the value and role of international migrants. International migrants in China are not only participants and witnesses to China’s socio-economic development，but also a bridge and a link for the world to understand China.
