2017年国际直接投资形势回顾与展望

Abstract:Global foreign direct investment （FDI） in 2017 decreased by 23%. The main dragger was developed economy，of which FDI declined by nearly 40% with the shrinking of the restructure operation to evade taxes. For national investment policies，the number of policy changes reached the highest over the past decade. And the majority was investment liberalization and promotion，of which the share climbed significantly. But for international investment policies，the number of effective treaty terminations outpaced the number of new conclusions of international investment agreements for the first time. With the recovery of world economy，the investment activity by multinational corporations （MNCs） is likely to boost. But the United States is increasingly becoming the main source of uncertainty for international direct investment.
