Abstract:China-Egypt TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone （hereinafter referred to as “TEDA Cooperation Zone”） is the first batch of national overseas cooperation zone approved by China. After nearly ten years of development and construction，the Starting Area of TEDA Cooperation Zone has formed the new modern industrial city integrating production and life into a whole，gathering economic value，with complete supply chain and sustainable development. TEDA Cooperation Zone has become an important platform for economic and trade cooperation between China and Egypt. Based on inheriting the spiritual ideas of China’s development zone and fully using the operation model and experience of many domestic and international development zones and combined with many years of deep experience in Egypt，TEDA Cooperation Zone thoroughly combed the company’s business model and management model，summarized and refined a set of TEDA overseas mode. Although TEDA Cooperation Zone summarizes the industrial chain model and profit model of development and operation of overseas park systematically on the basis of more than ten years of experience in overseas development park，there are still some problems existing in the overseas cooperation zones. TEDA Cooperation Zone also intends to promote the construction of TEDA Mode 2.0，solve the problems in overseas cooperation zone，integrate more resources，and better promote the healthy development of overseas parks.
