中国与中亚国家建交25年关系发展：成就与前景

Abstract:China was one of the first countries to recognize the independences of the Central Asian countries and establish diplomatic relationships with them. Both sides attached great importance to equal cooperation，actively constructed the political and legal basis of all round cooperation. Economic cooperation started from the very beginning，due to strong complementarities between China and Central Asian countries，and its development momentum is sound. Cooperation on trade，transportation，energy，finance，agriculture，scientific technology and other key areas keeps deepening. China became one of the most important trade and invest partner in Central Asian countries. In the process of cooperation with Central Asian countries，Chinese leaders made a series of important new ideas，especially put forward the initiatives of building Silk Road Economic Belt，which provides demonstration for establishment a new national relationship and new regional cooperation pattern. In the past 25 years，Relationships between Central Asia countries and China have upgraded from good-neighborly relation to strategic partnership，and extended to regional and international level. Central Asian countries and China encouraged the development of SCO，CICA mechanisms，and committed to build a community of common destiny and shared interests. Relationships between Central Asian countries and China have a promising future.
