Abstract:In 2015，Russian Federation’s economy appeared to be recession in a certain extent because of some uncertainty factors，such as declining consumption，shrinking investment and the sharp depreciation of the ruble exchange rate，etc. Russia’s economic slowdown significantly slowed. The total amount of foreign debt has declined. Inflation has shown a gradual decline in the trend of development，and the exchange rate also gradually stabilized in 2016. The effects of sanctions and anti sanctions continues to ferment，and the Russian import and export trade is still in the downturn. However，economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia made positive progress. In general，Russian economy is still relatively fragile.
