Abstract:Comparing with Humanitarian Intervention，there are some new trends for Western Neo-interventionism. One of the most important trends is that Western Neo-interventionism seeks validity and legitimacy of the military interventions. However，it’s the same as power politics in essence，which aims at defending the Western values and the International Order dominated by the Western countries. Western military intervention in African countries has bad influence on African political situations and ecology，which affects the development of Sino-Africa relationship，either. In response to Western Interventionism，China should participate in the formulation of new international paradigm，support African countries’ peace operations，and communicate with the Western countries in African peace and security issues.
