Abstract:The global climate change caused by carbon emissions has brought severe challenges to human economic and social development. The Chinese government strives to reach the carbon peak by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060 years. The carbon emissions of the United States，the European Union and Japan have reached the peak，especially in the fields of energy，transportation and industry. This report analyzes the process of carbon emission peak and carbon emission structure of the United States，the European Union and Japan，and combs their successful experience of carbon peak from the fields of energy，transportation and industry，as well as the successful experience of establishing the EU carbon emission communication market，provide historical experience for reducing carbon emissions in China. In other words，the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the fields of energy，transportation and industry.
