Abstract:The ups and downs of global COVID-19 pandemic have profoundly changed the global economic development model，social life style，international political relations and global competition landscape. Meanwhile，global digital transformation is accelerating，the digital economy is growing against the downward trend，and the digital transformation has become an important choice for countries around the world to cope with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Amid continuous digital globalization and in-depth understanding in this regard，the digital competitiveness indexes of G20 countries are improved and adjusted，showing new features and trends in the process of digitalization in 2021.
