我国低碳省份和低碳城市试点进展与分析

Abstract:There are already two batches of 42 pilot low-carbon cities，regions and provinces in China. The pilot areas have achieved remarkable results by firmly establishing the concept of ecological civilization，suiting measures to local conditions and taking actions from all aspects such as peak targets，low-carbon planning，institutional innovation，supporting policies，statistics，industrial transformation and green consumption. Based on the low-carbon initiatives of pilot cities and provinces，this paper describes achievements and current conditions of the pilots，proposes excellent practical cases，sums up working experience and proposes suggestions for deepening pilots and promoting low-carbon development from both national and local perspectives.
