全球气候治理规则体系基于科学和实践的演进

Abstract:Global climate governance is an international political consensus based on sciences and practice. Climate change has caused global concern since 1970s，and the enhancement of relevant knowledge in natural science，engineering and social science has provided more and more solid basis for political decision on international cooperation for addressing climate change. The policies and measures to address climate change，as well as international cooperation have evolved alongside the advance of science and experiences，which contributed to the evolution of global climate governance regime to echo the request from science and feasibility. Such global regime will continue its evolution together with the implementation of Paris Agreement，especially on how the regime could facilitate developing countries on receiving finance，technology transfer and capacity building support to address climate change while accelerating its social economic development.
