Abstract:The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a highland for the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements. In recent years，the incentive mechanism，factor marketization mechanism，carrier platform operation mechanism，and industry-university-research collaboration mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the Greater Bay Area has become increasingly sound and perfect. However，there are also problems such as low transfer rate of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities，small volume，ineffective regional coordination and hub-based platforms，weak service capabilities of technology transfer institutions，and lack of high-level technical brokers. These problems have led to a large gap between the status quo of the Greater Bay Area and the goal of the Greater Bay Area to build a globally influential international science and technology innovation center and the Pearl River Delta National Science and Technology Achievement Transfer and Transformation Demonstration Zone. To build an international science and technology innovation center in Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao，it is necessary to further innovate the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements in accordance with the requirements of the “National Technology Transfer System Construction Plan” under the background of deepening the construction of “dual zones” and promote the construction of the Greater Bay Area into an internationally competitive Transformation base of scientific and technological achievements.
