2020年俄罗斯安全形势及反恐举措
文章摘要：2020年俄罗斯安全形势总体稳定，新冠肺炎疫情蔓延、经济下滑及社会政治运动对社会稳定冲击有限，并未发生重大安全事件，社会治安基本良好，但社会不稳定因素有所增加。受外部恐怖主义与极端主义影响较大，“过境恐袭”事件增多。俄将继续加强反恐去极端化措施，重视独联体地区安全合作，推动数字反恐合作，强调打击金融恐怖主义和网络极端主义合作。
