2020年粤港澳大湾区社会民生协同研究

Abstract:This report selects six indicators including education supporting，medical supporting，social security，labor and employment，social and cultural atmosphere，and urban ecological environment. Then the comprehensive index of people’s livelihood development in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is constructed by using factor analysis method，and the regional comparison and structural analysis are carried out. The results show that the synergy of people’s livelihood among Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is not high. And Guangzhou，Shenzhen，Hong Kong and Macao have a good level of people’s livelihood development，while Zhongshan，Jiangmen and Zhaoqing are lagging behind. Meanwhile，the 11 core cities in Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao have imbalance in education，medical care，social security，labor and employment，social and cultural atmosphere and ecological environment development. And the degree of coordination in social and cultural atmosphere，social security and ecological environment is relatively low，while that in medical support，labor and employment，and education is relatively high. Therefore，Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area should resolve regional and structural imbalances in the people’s livelihood as soon as possible，and accelerate the construction of people’s livelihood projects focusing on coordinated development.
