Abstract:In the context of the refugee crisis in Europe，the composition of immigrants in France is becoming more and more complex with obvious cultural differences. Promoting the integration of immigrants has become a major challenge for the immigration management in France. Based on the “contract system” management mode，French government introduced the supplementary provisions of the Republic Integration Contract and the 2020 Plan in 2019，showing the emphasis on special groups and vulnerable groups. Guided by the “Republic integration route”，France provides refugees and migrants with comprehensive measures covering language，employment，housing and culture，and is particularly committed to increasing the employment rate of refugees and migrants. In addition，in 2019，France promoted the reform of the “national medical assistance” system，which relaxed the conditions for refugees and immigrants to join the medical security system，and strengthened the monitoring of the use of medical resources. Based on the “20 Articles” promulgated at the end of 2019，France’s immigration policies show a trend of strengthening control，adhering to integration，providing help and promoting employment.
