葡语国家共同体：梦想与理念
文章摘要：相比1931年成立的英联邦和1970年成立的法语国家及地区国际组织等尤其是以某一种语言为纽带的国际组织，葡语国家共同体体现出鲜明的独特性。本报告回顾了葡语国家共同体的成立背景和过程，梳理了其法律性质、主要机构、宗旨和成就，剖析了其价值与独特之处。除了对葡语国家共同体理念深入分析之外，本报告还对中国—葡语国家经贸合作论坛（澳门）的作用进行了点评。
