中国与葡语国家多双边合作机制建设与成效

Abstract:China and Portuguese-speaking countries enjoy a long history of friendship. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Guinea-Bissau in 1974，China has gradually built and developed partnerships with Portuguese-speaking countries and set up long-term and stable bilateral co-operation mechanisms. The Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries （Macao），launched in 2003，has embarked on a multilateral co-operation mechanism between China and Portuguese-speaking countries. The past 15 years have witnessed the increasingly mature cooperation mechanisms，closer intergovernmental co-operation，frequent exchanges of high-level visits and remarkable growth in trade and investment between China and Portuguese-speaking countries. Thus，fields of cooperation have been widened and achievements began to manifest itself. Going forward，the development of multi-bilateral co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries will embrace more opportunities through the Belt and Road Initiative. As a connecting platform between China and Portuguese-speaking countries，the Macao Special Administrative Region （Macao SAR） will play an even more prominent role.
