Abstract:Although Christianity is a foreign religious belief，the process of Africanization of Christianity has enabled it to develop rapidly in Africa. The title of African Christianity itself demonstrates its adaptability in Africa. In the process of modernization of African society，Christianity has shown a tendency to secularization，and in a more inclusive and enterprising manner，it continues to play a role in the public sphere of society and expand its influence. At present，Africa is the fastest-growing region for Christians in the world. In 2018，the number of Christians in Africa reached 631 million，ranking first in the number of Christians on all continents. On trend of development，Christianity still has a large room for expansion in Africa. Its development prospects depend on its adaptability to social transformation，and depend on especially its own social value.
