Abstract:Steady development was the overall characteristic of the Eurasian Economic Union in 2018. In this year， the organization mechanism of the Eurasian Economic Union was functioning normally， the regional integration effect continues to emerge， the overall business environment in the region was improving， the internal and external trade continued to expand， and the investment capacity in the region was significantly improved. In terms of the international cooperation， the cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union and emerging economies was better than the cooperative effect in the developed economies， and its external cooperation was more inclined to the emerging economies.
