中亚国家间的划界问题及新进展

Abstract:The boundary demarcation between Central Asian countries is an important part of the relationship of these countries. This problem is not only affected by the historical tradition，but also results from the administrative demarcation in the Soviet period. After the collapse of the Soviet Union and the independence of the Central Asian countries，the boundary demarcation as a factor of internal mobilization，becomes the key content of the nation-state construction in this region，which leads to the disputes between these countries. The Fergana valley zone，in particular，is a key area of border dispute among the Central Asian countries. This paper conducts a historical study of the boundary issues between Central Asian countries，analyzes the internal logic behind this phenomenon，presents some new progress in dealing with the boundary issues of the Central Asian countries in recent years，and finally predicts the future trend of the boundary issue.
