中国与葡语国家在法律领域的交流和合作：澳门特区的角色
文章摘要：人类的文化是通过语言来传承的。世界上以葡萄牙语作为官方语言的国家和地区除了拥有共同的语言之外，在文化上也有着很大的相似性。法律制度与政治制度、经济制度等一样，都是文化的重要组成部分，葡语国家和地区的法律制度就表现出高度的相似性。本报告分析了葡语国家和地区的“共同法”或者“法律共同体”的积极意义，总结法律在中国与葡语国家经贸合作中的作用并探究澳门的角色和挑战。
