中国暴雨韧性城市排名及分析

Abstract:Recently，many mega cities in China suffered heavyrain and flooding，which draw much attention from researchers and the public. This paper built an index on urban resilience to heavyrain，based on heavyrain hazard degree and urban adaptive capacity indicators under the IPCC climate risk analytical framework. Take China’s provincial capital cities as one example，pilot cities of Sponge City and Climate Resilient City as another example，this paper ranked these two types of cities with three catagories，high urban resilience，middle level resilience and low level resilience to heavyrain disaster. Its analysis and results to the urban resilience to heavyrain will give a reference study to researchers and urban policy makers，and help to attract attention from the public on mega cities’ disaster risk under the background of fast urbanizing.
