国家电网助力非洲工业化的实绩与建议

Abstract:In recent years，State Grid Corporation of China（SGCC）has seen a rapid growth of market size in Africa，whose business scope has covered more than 20 countries in Africa，and contract has amounted to 3.2 billion US dollars. In the areas of electric power infrastructure construction，cross-border power grid interconnection，urban construction and electrical equipment production cooperation，SGCC has implemented numbers of major projects. SGCC has become an important force of China in promoting Africa’s industrialization and the power industry development. At present，most African countries are at or will enter the stage of industrialization. The investment potential of industrial sector，especially the power industry is enormous. In the process of entering African market，China’s electric power enterprises are facing some issues like international and domestic competition，business model innovation，market barriers，financing channels expanding，security and political risks. In this report，SGCC makes some suggestions for China’s electric power companies in Africa from the aspects of expanding market and industrial chain，strengthening unity and cooperation of enterprises，strengthening the protection measures. Further，it suggests that the government and external agencies should provide support in building security interests mechanism，clearing financing bottlenecks，public information services for Chinese enterprises in Africa，in order to help China’s electric power companies achieve greater success in African industrialization.
