中非共建产业园的现状、问题和对策

Abstract:As a new model of China-Africa cooperation in the investment area，industrial parks began to sprout in the late twentieth Century. Driven by Beijing Summit of FOCAC in 2006 and Johannesburg Summit in 2015，the development of industrial parks jointly built by China and Africa has entered a stage of rapid growth with remarkable progress. At present，the number of industrial parks has reached more than 100，covering almost all African countries that have established diplomatic relations with China. Meanwhile，the development of industrial parks is also facing a variety of challenges. In order to further upgrade the healthy development of the industrial parks，governments of China and African countries need to promote the development of industrial parks reasonably under the guidance of national economic policies，strengthen the dialogue of production capacity cooperation，and jointly formulate industrial development policy. Management of the industrial park should make efforts to improve service standard.Enterprises in the industrial parks need to adhere to the “correct concept of justice and interests”，strengthen capacity building，and try to integrate into hosting African societies through internationalization and localization combined. Owing to China-Africa cooperation with a common effort，the size and standard of industrial parks jointly built by China and Africa will reach a new high in the future.
