葡语国家与“一带一路”的新走廊建设

Abstract:The “One Belt，One Road”（OBOR）initiative is characterized by openness and inclusiveness. This study illustrates that the Portuguese-speaking countries have formed a unique economic and cultural corridor. In terms of its geographic features，such unique economic and cultural corridor is different from any traditional ones. The ocean becomes the link among those Lusophone countries. The Portuguese-speaking countries have contributed to the world’s cultural diversity and have offered another corridor for OBOR，while OBOR will provide new opportunities for development and prosperity of the Portuguese-speaking countries. Taking the example of Sino-Brazilian cooperation in sectors of energy and infrastructure construction，the study emphasizes that to achieve common development goals and win-win situations，deep cultural exchanges based on common language is also a prerequisite.
