2015～2016年度中国企业在英国的并购投资

Abstract:The UK has been a key destination for China’s investment in the European Union for years. From 2015 to 2016，driven by President Xi’s state visit and a series of inter-governmental efforts，FDI from China has maintained strong momentum. Investment has diversified into more sectors and partnerships have taken more substantial forms，for example the SMD acquisition and proposed investment in Scotland’s infrastructure. In spite of the uncertainty brought about by Brexit，the UK government is expected to continue and even enhance its efforts to attract foreign capital. Chinese companies should make rational investment choices in accordance with individual demands，service markets and fluctuations of foreign exchange market.
