中国经济下行的逻辑——基于经济结构转型的解释
文章摘要：2008年全球金融危机前后，中国经济结构出现了转折性变化。各种角度的结构性指标有一个共同指向：经济活动重心不断向工业部门集中的趋势在危机前后发生了逆转。这样的经济结构变化对于中国的经济增长带来了严重挑战：一方面是缺乏有效的市场机制带动各种要素参与经济活动，即要素参与率下降；另一方面是技术进步空间收窄，即要素生产率下降。本文最后部分提出了对应经济结构转型的短期和长期对策。
