国际直接投资形势回顾与展望
文章摘要：受金融危机和世界经济衰退的影响，全球外国直接投资（FDI）流入规模在2009年降到了1.2万亿美元以下。为了吸引国际投资，有更多的国家实行对外国投资更加有利的政策。中国企业海外并购活动依然十分活跃。按照近年来中国企业对外投资速度显著加快和外商直接投资流入增速趋于放缓的状况，在未来几年中，中国FDI完全可能将第一次出现流出规模超过流入规模的情况。
