文章摘要：南苏丹国内爆发武装冲突，既有直接原因，更有深层社会根源。国家独立后面临的各种挑战，南苏丹与苏丹之间存在的悬而未决的争端，都预示着这场内战难以避免。冲突爆发后，国际社会为停止战乱进行了多方努力，但是由于南苏丹国内的主要矛盾一时难以化解，这场内战暂时也难以画上休止符。
Abstract:The military conflict，erupted on December 15，2013 in the South Sudan capital Juba，has not only direct reasons but also deep social roots. The challenges for South Sudan and the controversial issues between the two Sudans indicate that this civil war had been hard to avoid.
