葡萄牙“危”中求“机”：提振与非洲葡语国家关系

Abstract:Since the break-out of the international financial crisis and European debt crisis，Portugal has been stuck in and its economy has been declining as well. By contrast，African economy has been growing steadily. Portugal enhanced economic and trade cooperation with Portuguese-Speaking African Countries by making use of the interaction platforms of Community of Portuguese Language Countries （CPLP） and Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-Speaking Countries （Macao），and of the cultural ties as well. As a result，the bilateral trade volume has been on the rise，and dual direct investment and aid cooperation have been productive. Moreover，the Portuguese migrated to Angola and Mozambique has been increasing rapidly. At present，Portugal is trying to reshape a new type of national relationship with Portuguese-Speaking African Countries.
