2022年中国促进国际法治：国际环境法学理论贡献

Abstract:The year 2022 is still full of challenges. China will contribute to the bright future of the world full of instability and uncertainty with firmer actions，actively participate in the construction of global ecological civilization，and accelerate the construction of an ecological system that respects nature and green development. Scholars have conducted in-depth studies on the basic theoretical issues of international environmental law，biodiversity protection，marine environmental governance，response to climate change and other global environmental issues of common concern，which provide a useful theoretical reference for the construction of international environmental law. At the same time，China has changed from an active participant in global environmental governance to an active contributor，actively participates in global ecological environment governance，contributes to China’s program of world environmental protection and sustainable development，showing China’s responsibility as a responsible major country.
