Abstract:In 2022，in the face of changes in the world，times and history，the world once again stands at the crossroads of history，and the international system is once again facing severe challenges. In the face of the severe international situation，China continues to demonstrate its responsibility as a major country，actively carry out head-of-state diplomacy，and continue to expound China’s propositions on the international system：committed to promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind，safeguarding international fairness and justice，practicing true multilateralism，and firmly upholding the international system with the United Nations at its core，the international order based on international law，and the basic norms governing international relations based on the purposes and principles of the UN Charter. China actively participated in the negotiation，signing and implementation of treaties to strengthen international rule of law. Practice has once again proved that China is a true defender of the international order，a builder of world peace and a contributor to global development.
