后疫情时代中国与中亚国家人文合作：机遇与路径

Abstract:Since the establishment of diplomatic relations 30 years ago，the humanity and cultural cooperation between China and Central Asian countries has played an important role in promoting the deepening of bilateral relations. The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought negative effects to face-to-face cultural exchanges. However，China’s positive progress in cultural cooperation with Central Asian countries under the epidemic situation has laid a good foundation for the vigorous development of humanistic cooperation in the post epidemic era. As an important part of the cooperation between China and Central Asian countries，people-to-people and cultural cooperation will play a more prominent role as a “link” in the post epidemic era，and will usher in a major opportunity for development. China and Central Asian countries should seize opportunities，defuse challenges，jointly explore new paths of humanity and cultural cooperation，and play a positive role in promoting the construction of a community of shared future for China and Central Asian countries.
