Abstract:For Central Asian countries，2021 is an important and memorable year. In 1991，the Soviet Union disintegrated and Central Asian countries gained independence one after another. Over the past 30 years，all Central Asian countries have experienced transformation and changes in social，economic，political and other fields，and the changes in some fields can even be described as earth shaking. In 2021，the whole world is still under the shadow of the global outbreak of Covid-19. Central Asian governments are gradually shifting their focus of work from controlling and dealing with the epidemic to plan for the economic recovery under the normal situation of the epidemic. Therefore，in 2021，efforts to create a good external environment for economic recovery has become the diplomatic focus of Central Asian countries.
