Thirdly，this report summarizes the challenge in Cantonese merchants’ high quality growth and makes corres-ponding policy suggestions，Including the high cost of innovation resources and the prominent technical bottleneck；High industrial energy consumption；Transformation and upgrading slowly，and the common prosperity of the Bay Area needs to be achieved.
