粤港澳大湾区建设视阈下广东青年创业研究

Abstract:Youth entrepreneurship is a new force to promote the high-quality development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the current characteristics，existing problems and improvement strategies of youth entrepreneurship in the Bay Area. Therefore，through the analysis of 169 valid questionnaires and archival data research，it is found that Bay Area youth have strong entrepreneurial learning motivation and self-learning awareness. In addition，the survey results show that the Bay Area youth actively identify with the excellent Chinese traditional culture，sharing different regional cultures，and actively inherit the excellent Lingnan culture. At the same time，young people in the Bay Area strongly agree to deepen the construction of the Greater Bay Area and have a high willingness for innovation and entrepreneurship. Of course，there are also some areas worthy of improvement in the field of youth entrepreneurship in Guangdong，including：the publicity of innovation and entrepreneurship bases needs to be strengthened，the publicity of entrepreneurship cooperation policies in the Bay Area should be strengthened，and the youth entrepreneurship in the Bay Area needs to be guided. In this regard，it is necessary to strengthen the effective institutional cohesion in the Bay Area，establish an information platform，carry out targeted in-depth industry integration and training，to upgrade the innovation ecosystem，build a comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship base，and realize the integration of industry，introduce third-party service agencies to escort young people in the Bay Area to start businesses. In addition，government guidance should be combined with market resource allocation，to provide a good comprehensive business environment for young people to start businesses in the Bay Area.
