Abstract:Throughout the world-class bay area，they attach great importance to the introduction and use of overseas innovative talents. And，Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has the urgency to promote the employment，innovation and entrepreneurship of overseas talents. This report firstly sorts out the current situation and problems of overseas talent work，innovation and entrepreneurship in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Secondly，benchmarking Shanghai，Beijing and the world-class cities in the Bay Area，and excavating the gaps between the current situation and policies of overseas talents in cities in the Greater Bay Area such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Finally，it puts forward policy suggestions to promote the employment of overseas talents and innovation and entrepreneurship in the Greater Bay Area. According to the report，there is still a certain gap between the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and advanced cities at home and abroad in terms of overseas talent scale，structure，policies，etc. In the future，it should be improved from six aspects：expanding the scale of foreign students，guiding the employment and Entrepreneurship of overseas talents，promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of overseas talents，building a unified talent market in Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao，promoting the pilot work of international migration，and improving the policy system for overseas talents.
