2019年粤港澳大湾区科技服务协同创新的机制与路径研究

Abstract:Collaborative innovation in science and technology services is the main direction of the collaborative development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. And，it is also an important measure for innovation-driven development and regional integration in the new era. This report firstly analyzes the significance of collaborative innovation in science and technology services in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，and then sorts out the implications of collaborative innovation in science and technology services in the San Francisco Bay Area，the New York Bay Area and the Tokyo Bay Area. Secondly，from the three dimensions of science and technology service industry collaboration level，input collaboration level and output collaboration level，this report discusses the current situation and problems of science and technology service collaborative innovation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Finally，on the basis of clear functional orientation，this report discusses the mechanism of collaborative innovation of science and technology services in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from three aspects：spatial coordination of multi center pattern，industrial coordination of shared value chain and institutional coordination of element integration，and puts forward six development paths to promote collaborative innovation of science and technology services.
