Abstract:Since 2020，under the influence of a series of major global events such as the COVID-19 pandemic，Ukraine crisis etc.，the world pattern and international situation have also undergone profound changes. For Tanzania，its ruling party has been adapting to changes and has realized the transition from the “Magufuli” period to the “Hassan” period. During the period of Magufuli’s administration，internally，Tanzania strengthened political governance，focused on boosting the economy and promoting development；Externally，it emphasized “people oriented” policy and implemented a strategy of foreign affairs serving domestic policies. After Hassan succeeded as president，she actively promoted the reform of governance and economic development，and Tanzania’s diplomacy became more active and its international cooperation became more diversified. In the future，Tanzania’s domestic and foreign affairs will be stable and positive，and at the same time，it will still face challenges such as economy development and improving people’s livelihood.
