文章摘要：从2020年到目前，新冠疫情持续肆虐全球，欧洲各国不仅成为疫情的重灾区，同时在受疫情的影响下，欧洲内部异质性不断加深、经济持续下滑。各国移民和难民成为主流社会排斥和暴力攻击的对象。排外主义、种族主义重新在欧洲盛行。乌克兰危机加剧了欧洲社会对“他者”的仇恨与歧视。在此背景下的少数族裔生存状况堪忧。新冠疫情对亚裔群体造成显著的负面影响，尤其是华人移民群体遭受了不公正的歧视和排斥。
