Abstract:In 2021，the impact of COVID-19 on Austria’s economic and social life continued，but the numbers of new migrants，naturalizations and asylum applications still increased during the year，migration flows remained active. The various sectors have strengthened cooperation in employment，education，and dissemination of information on the epidemic，and a series of measures have been taken to help immigrants successfully overcome the pandemic crisis，with good results. The integration of female migrants continues to receive attention，The government is investing more in the integration of migrant women and has implemented a number of effective support programs，but with new challenges for women that caused by the pandemic，a lot of effort is still needed.
