Abstract:Tea，as a popular drink at present，is not only a medium for commodity exchange，but also a medium for spreading friendship. At the same time，tea plays an important role in the diplomacy of major powers. Tea culture is an important part of world culture，adding to the diversity of world cultures. As an important carrier of tea culture，tea is an important carrier of the spread of a country’s culture and an important carrier of friendship between countries. Between 2018 and 2021，in various diplomatic occasions，General Secretary Xi Jinping，as the chief representative of the spread of Chinese tea culture，has repeatedly mentioned tea and used tea narratives to talk about win-win cooperation and a better future between countries. At the same time，the tea countries represented by China have relied on the international platform to hold a series of international tea fairs and tea culture exchange meetings，which have promoted the spread of tea culture and enhanced the deep friendship between countries.
