在可持续发展背景下加强气候变化减缓行动——IPCC第六次评估报告第三工作组报告解读

Abstract:The Working Group Ⅲ contribution to the Sixth Assessment Report was finalized on 4 April 2022 during the 14th Session of Working Group III and 56th Session of the IPCC. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change （IPCC） released the Working Group Ⅲ report “Climate Change 2022：Mitigating Climate Change” and a summary for policymakers （SPM）. The report comprehensively summarizes the latest scientific progress since the release of the Fifth Assessment Report，which will provide an important scientific basis for the international community to further understand climate change mitigation actions，emission reduction in all sectors，system transformation，and achieve sustainable development. The report further identifies the current status，trends and key drivers of global GHG emissions，future development paths in the near，medium and long term，as well as climate change mitigation and adaptation actions in the context of sustainable development. The Working Group Ⅲ report mainly focus on the perspective of policy makers. It is of great importance to the climate change policy formulation，promoting green and low-carbon transformation and high-quality development，as well as the implementation of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality targets in our country.
