文章摘要：2021年，中国与拉美和加勒比地区共建“一带一路”取得了新的进展。中国-拉共体论坛第三届部长会议突出了可持续发展领域的合作，中拉贸易达到创纪录的4515.91亿美元，全球发展倡议为中拉共建“一带一路”指明了新方向。上海积极与“一带一路”拉美沿线国家开展经贸合作，民间交往活跃，并有望依托自身先进制造业、制度型开放和企业国际化策略的优势，继续为推进中拉共建“一带一路”发挥建设性作用。
