2021年上海服务“一带一路”新型基础设施建设研究

Abstract:On the basis of clarifying the concept of new infrastructure construction，this paper combs and summarizes the overall situation of the new infrastructure construction of the BRI in China and the achievements of the new infrastructure construction in Shanghai，and deeply analyzes the development characteristics and paths of the new infrastructure construction of serving the BRI in Shanghai. It is believed that although the external environment is facing momentous changes unseen in a century. However，the lack of its own comprehensive strength is still the key factor restricting enterprises from “going global”. Finally，policy suggestions are put forward from the aspects of solidly promoting the development level of Shanghai’s new infrastructure construction，planning and layout in advance，and continuously creating a loose external environment.
