Abstract:In 2020，the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 Pandemic has triggered a global crisis，posing unprecedented challenges to the multilateralism. China has actively promoted global health governance，put into practice the concept of building a global community of health for all and demonstrated its role as a responsible power. China is committed to the international order underpinned by international law and the UN-centered international system，at the same time，actively participates in the construction and practice of the international rule of law. Looking to the future，China will continue to adhere to the path of peaceful development and cooperation for win-win results，contributing Chinese power to the development of the international rule of law.
