2019年中国促进国际法治：国际制度

Abstract:2019 marked the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. In the face of unpredictable changes and challenges for a hundred years，China continued to be enthusiastic on negotiating，signing and ratifying treaties and other international instruments so as to build up a community of shared future for mankind and implement the “Belt and Road” initiative. China adhered to the multilateralism，the rules-based international order and the rules-based multilateral trade system. China dealt with in active way the unregular events occurred between Sino-Us relations. China contributed with elements of rule of law to realize a world of “lasting peace，universal security，mutual prosperity，openness and inclusiveness，cleanness and beauty” and to consolidate international institutions and strengthen international rule of law.
