中蒙俄经济走廊绿色低碳发展合作：现状与愿景

Abstract:There are the domestic requiements of China for “Ecological civilazation” and also commitment of China to assume the international responsibility to highlights the concept of green and low-carbon development in the process to promote the “B&R initiative”，in which China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor plays an important role. The three countries have a good basis for cooperation in those areas. This paper examines the economic，social，ecological and environmental indexes in those three countries，analyzes the level of green and low-carbon development in these countries，and the differences of development needs between three counties，to find out the comon needs and cooperation potential in this area. finally，this paper will give recommendations for cooperation in this area.
