基于中国视角的“一带一路”气象灾害风险防范

Abstract:The Belt and Road Initiative is a significant decision with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core of the Party Central Committee to co-ordinate domestic and international two overall situation proposed，concerning the peaceful rise of China’s modernization，the strategic opportunity period extension. To ensure the smooth progress of The Belt and Road Initiative needs to be guaranteed in many ways. Meteorological disaster risk identification and effective prevention and control is an indispensable link. Comprehensive geological and atmospheric environmental factors，The Belt and Road area belongs to major natural disaster areas. This not only restricts the national economic and social development，but also restricted The Belt and Road Initiative implementation effect. To some extent，it also concerns the success or failure of China’s enterprises going out. Through the identification and prevention of meteorological disasters，meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation work and strengthen international cooperation，to ensure that The Belt and Road interconnection related major infrastructure construction safety is not only the key to facilitating strategy to promote the implementation of the major demand，but also to protect the livelihood of the people along the country. Meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation is relatively weak in The Belt and Road area. It is urgent to carry out comprehensive thorough investigation of natural disasters in The Belt and Road regions，carrying out the system of natural disaster risk assessment. It is important to plan and build the large scale disaster monitoring and early warning system in The Belt and Road region，and then unify and integrate with existing national disaster control technology，standards and norms，in order to improve the comprehensive ability of disaster prevention and mitigation in The Belt and Road region. At the same time，we should strengthen communication and carry out proper disaster prevention and reduction assistance under the conditions of mutual respect.
